Frieda Adu-Brempong is a social impact strategist, reimagining how people access preventative care. Raised in the South Bronx, she brings lived experience reversing the grip of chronic illness in her own life and family.

As a former Population Health Director, Frieda collaborated with clinical teams in the Bronx and Washington Heights to deliver quality care for older adults managing diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

As a civic sector management consultant, she has also advised city leaders on housing, economic opportunity, and government innovation initiatives, ensuring the lived experiences of people are always at the center of decision-making.

Frieda became certified in lifestyle and wellness coaching at a Harvard Medical School Executive Education program, under the teachings of Professor Elizabeth Faites, a pioneer in lifestyle medicine education. She also received her BA in Policy management from Dickinson College and her MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She combines strategic and operational expertise with a deeply personal mission to break cycles of chronic disease before they begin.
